Almondy Inn Policies

OUR ROOM RATES
  • Room Rates are quoted per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 13% Tax.
  • Weekend rates apply Friday and Saturday night as well as Holiday/Festival Sundays.
  • Reduced mid-week rates offered Sunday through Thursday night. All rates subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM STAYS
  • A 2-Night minimum stay is required during all weekends throughout the year.
  • A 3-Night minimum is required during Holidays and Special Event/Festival weekends.
  • A 2-Night minimum stay is required during high season with exceptions.
3 NIGHTS MINIMUM
  • 2023
  • 4TH OF JULY: July 1, 2, 3rd
  • FOLK FEST: July 28, 29, 30th
  • JAZZ FEST: August 4, 5, 6th
DEPOSITS
  • Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for one-night stays, or 50% of total charges for multiple nights’ reservations.
  • Balance due upon arrival. Visa, Master Card, and American Express accepted.
CANCELS
  • Cancelations need to be made at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund, less a $25 cancelation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. If guests depart prior to their scheduled departure date, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card. No refund issued. Full penalty for No-Shows: If guests do not show up at the Inn on the day of arrival, the full stay will be charged to the credit card and no refunds will be issued.
NO CHILDREN
  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13.
NO PETS
  • No pets please.
NO SMOKING
  • No smoking in the Inn.
CHECK IN
  • Check-in will be handled at Almondy Inn between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. We encourage guests to advise us of their estimated arrival time. For arrivals after 7 pm, prior arrangements to check-in have to be made.
CHECK OUT
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
PARKING
  • Off-street parking is available. One (1) car per room.
